Before the main event kicks off, get in some serious training at our Pre-Conference Workshops! Whether you’re a rookie, a rising star, or a seasoned team captain, we’ve got the perfect lineup to help you level up your game. 

The New Aid Officer Workshop is geared toward those new to financial aid and will cover both state and federal aid programs, eligibility requirements, processing, and more! This rookie training camp is designed to build your fundamentals, strengthen your playbook knowledge, and boost your confidence before you hit the field. 

The Leadership Symposium invites participants to step fully into the evolving mission of modern leadership. Anchored in the core ideas from Simon Sinek’s Leaders Eat Last, the session explores what it truly means to create a “circle of safety” where trust, collaboration, and shared purpose thrive. Elevate your leadership game and inspire your squad to victory.
