Pre-Conference Leadership Symposium
Sunday, April 26th, 2026
8:30am-3:30pm Central
Franklin Marriott Cool Springs
The Leadership Symposium invites participants to step fully into the evolving mission of modern leadership. Anchored in the core ideas from Simon Sinek’s Leaders Eat Last, the session explores what it truly means to create a “circle of safety” where trust, collaboration, and shared purpose thrive. Attendees will examine the science behind effective leadership, learn how to make sound decisions under pressure, and uncover strategies that strengthen organizational culture and long-term success.
Throughout this dynamic one-day event, engaging presenters will spark insight, and interactive group discussions will challenge participants to think boldly about their role in shaping the future. Leaders will leave equipped, inspired, and ready to go all in.
Registration is $65, which includes breakfast and lunch. Attendees will also be provided with a copy of Leaders Eat Last.
