Pre-Conference FAAC® Workshop
Sunday, April 13th, 2025
8:30am-4:45pm Central
Embassy Suites, Murfreesboro
We are proud to offer an FAAC® Workshop ahead of the 2025 TASFAA Conference! The workshop will be led by TASFAA Past-President Jennifer Byrd and four other FAAC®-certified aid administrators: Marian Dill, Amy Wood, Cara Suhr, and Elizabeth Crye. The workshop will include comprehensive preparation resources, a practice test (only available to workshop attendees), and access to the certification exam. Space is limited to 25 participants.
Why should you attend the workshop?
1. HUGE cost savings! The FAAC® materials and exam normally cost $575, so by attending the workshop you'll save over $300
2. You will be instructed by 5 professionals who have their FAAC® certifications (and who are from your state!)
3. This will be a way to demonstrate your knowledge and abilities in the Financial Aid field
4. You will become part of an elite group - as of 2/3/2025, we have 17 professionals from TN who are FAAC®-certified
5. When you pass, you will receive a certificate and lapel pin from NASFAA along with these other great benefits
